Q. What currency do you charge in?

Q. How are my items shipped?
A.
All purchases are shipped by UPS Courier. Tracking
numbers will be provided. Average time from payment is
3-5 weeks for production/delivery of custom orders. In
Stock orders are shipped out the next day by UPS Courier.
Q. What is the cost for shipping?
A. Cost runs anywhere from $30 - $75
depending on the amount ordered. Since feathers are so light the
shipping costs are actually based on the dimensions of the
boxes they are shipped in, (called Dimensional Weight).
We use the smallest packaging possible to reduce the cost of
your shipping.
Q. Can I order a samples or colour chart?
A.
We use the Pantone colour codes, so there is no colour
chart. You can match colours with any Panton colour
chart.
Q. Where are you located, where are the
feathers from?
A. Our head office is located in
Toronto, Canada. We import directly from ostrich farms around
the world and locally.
Q. Can I order less then the MOQ?
A. Only if you are ordering stock that is
already on hand. You can find it on the In Stock page
of our site. For orders that need to be custom dyed or
sizes we do not presently have on stock then the minimum
order is 200 feathers and the
min. order per size/colour is 100pcs.
Q. What forms of payment do your accept?
A. All major credit cards, Western Union,
Wire
Transfers are accepted at this time. Paypal and International Money Orders are not accepted.
Q. How do I take care of the feathers?
A. Feathers do not go bad, we suggest
storing with a couple of moth balls in any type of
container.
