Q. What currency do you charge in?

Q. How are my items shipped?
A. All purchases are shipped by Courier.  Tracking numbers will be provided.  Average time from payment is 7-21 business days for delivery.

Q. What is the cost for shipping?
A. Costs for shipping across Canada is $65.00 up to 500 feathers, $85 for 501-1000 feathers and $5.00 for each additional 100 feathers after that.  Since feathers are so light the shipping costs are actually based on the dimensions of the boxes they are shipped in, (called Dimensional Weight).  Shipping for 100 feathers works out to about the same as 500 feathers since the DIM Weight is still the same.

Q. Can I order a samples or colour chart?
A. Yes, the cost is $25.00 for the colour chart plus shipping.

Q. Where are you located, where are the feathers from?
A. Our manufacturing plant is based in China, feathers come from many countries.  Our head office is located in Toronto, Canada.  All items are shipped Toronto after they have cleared customs into Canada.

Q. Can I order less then the MOQ?
A. No

Q. What forms of payment do your accept?
A. Email Debit, Western Union, Money Transfers, Visa and Master Card are accepted at this time.  Paypal and International Money Orders are not accepted.

Q. Do you sell any other products?
A. At this time we only sell what is listed on the site.  Check back frequently as we are continually expanding our product line.

Q. How do I take care of the feathers?
A. Feathers can naturally "dry out" over a period of time and loose both their "fluffiness" and their looks. To restore feathers to a fuller look, we recommend that you steam them.
